All the phases, beginning from the design, moving to the assembly phase, and then finishing with the final inspection, are carried out in our premises in Montecchio Maggiore (Vicenza).
Our specialist staff is readily available whenever clients need assistance.
Checking and inspection are carried out in our test room using SIT certified instruments.
The rectifiers were tested over a long period in order to obtain a safe and reliable product.
QUALITY CONTROL
The tests carried out in a galvanic environment have shown the resistance of the machine even in extremely severe conditions.
The control boards are separate from the power modules, therefore they do not come into direct contact with forced air flows.
A painted tropicalization treatment is carried out.
The rectifier is intrinsically protected from short circuits and overheating.
It is painted using epoxy paints and the iron parts are zinced.
It has rigid polyurethane filters, which are recommended for more severe applications.
Powerel products are guaranteed for 24 months from the delivery date.
