Powerel srl, is a young company founded in 2000 which operates in the design and manufacture of current rectifiers and rectifiers equipments mainly for galvanizing plants. Our entire product range is based on the IGBT switching technology in high frequency, and our research and development are in constant evolution in order to find solutions more appropriate depending on the type of application.
Our machines are designed and constructed in order to have a ripple less than 1%, such as to ensure an excellent deposition of the metal. The project, the layout, the care in the assembly, the tests performed in the laboratory and in the operating environment, confirm our inclination to provide a machine-finished in detail and reliable to the point that nothing is left to chance. All our machines are controlled using special tools supplied, or interfaced via analog, RS422-485, Modbus-RTU, Profibus, Profinet.

- Project of electronic part
- Microprocessors programming
All these steps are performed with the aid of software among the most advanced and highly specialized personnel.
Quality
Given the importance that the galvanic current rectifier plays in the plant, it becomes almost vital the quality control of the individual processes. The phases of the exercise are divided as follows:
- control of incoming materials
- process control and testing phases at intermediate
- control and final testing of the rectifier
The control is performed directly in our rehearsal room with appropriate equipment.
All our products are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from delivery
